Hello ladies,we are slowly closing the season 2009-2010 with the last training this Thursday. After the beach rugby this Saturday, there will be a break until end of August with some pre-season trainings.
Everybody needs a complete break to recover form injuries, so relax and take your time during that summer.
If you get too much fat, let me assure you that the pre-season trainings will be there to put you back into shape.
